Adding/Editing Student Profiles

There are 2 ways to ADD Students to TAPPSter. 

1) Manually
2) Import from a file. See our article on Student Imports.

To Manually enter students in TAPPSter
Only those given the ability to EDIT Student Profiles may make changes to user profiles. Your school administrator may assign access to Edit Studdent profiles.

To ADD a new Student Profile
Login to TAPPSter.com
Click Student link
Click Green Plus Sign at the top left of the screen
Enter required data

Name:
  • First
  • Middle name or initial
  • Last name
  • Choose Male or Female
  • Birth Date
  • Grade Level
  • Date of enrollment in 9th grade
  • Date of enrollment this year
  • Email or User ID - for student login
  • Password- for student login
Parent or Guardian Information: 
  • Name
  • Guardian Type
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Email or User ID f- for parent login
  • Password- for parent login
Activities: 
  • Select all activities the student will participate.  Activities may be added throughout the year.  Selecting here will add the student to the Eligibility Forms

Eligibility:
  • Select the boxes that apply to the student; Non-US Citizen, Current Year Transfer student, Previous Participation in Athletics, etc. 
  • Upload any supporting documents such as STF and PAPF
Click SAVE at the top. 


TO EDIT A STUDENT PROFILE (Only those with access to edit Student Profiles may make changes.)
Click the Student Name
Edit any information necessary
Click Save at the top.
