Submitting Eligibility Forms and Entries/Roster

IT IS IMPORTANT TO COMPLETE THIS IN ORDER LISTED.
Not all faculty have access to complete this. Contact your Athletic or Fine Arts Director for assistance.



Go to TAPPSter.com



TO EDIT STUDENT PROFILES
Click Students
Click Student Name
In the Activity Section, highlight the activity. Also verify each student has a Student Acknowledgment of Rules Form on file with the school and notate this on the students profile.
Click Save and repeat for all

TO SUBMIT ELIGIBILITY FORMS
From the TAPPSter home page
Click Forms and Reports
Click Eligibility
Choose Activity (If the activity does not appear, it is due to not ahving students listed for the activity, see above to edit student profiles.)
Click View Report
View the report verifying the data is accurate- - if you need to make any changes those are made on the individual student profiles.
Click Submit


Prior to being able to create entries, facutly assiciated with the activity will need to complete necessary Tests on their individual profile TESTING link.

TO CREATE ENTRIES/ROSTERS
From the TAPPSter home page
Click Entries
Choose Activity (If activity does not appear, verify the activity is included in your contract.)
Click Add new entry at the top. (You may encounter an error if Eligibility Form has not been submitted or if faculty has not completed testing requirements. Complete above steps before proceeding.)
Choose an entry type (or for some activities a student name will show)
Enter required data
Click Save


Entries will appear on a list as unregistered until the meet host registered them in the meet at the end of the deadline. Once they are in the meet, they will show as registered.
